• Bi films were electrodeposited using newly-developed perchlorate electrolyte. Quantitative Mobility Spectrum Analysis was used for electronic properties estimation. An unexpected behavior of both the average size and shape grains has been found. Great application potential in field sensorics radiation shielding. The study is devoted to structure bismuth obtained by electrodeposition from high-speed Polycrystalline samples synthesized acidic electrolyte under (0.18–70.0) mA/cm 2 cathode current density annealed at 265 °C He gas atmosphere. structure, microstructure electron characterized X-Ray diffraction analysis, scanning microscopy, backscattered diffraction. Electrical resistance, magnetoresistance, Hall coefficient studied 5–300 K temperature range magnetic up 8 T. A specific found concerning with increasing density: increase deposition 70.0 contributes formation more isotropic reduced size.
